About GL Olson
GL Olson Inc. is a third generation general contracting company operating in western New York. It was started as Cowles and Olson in 1954 by Lloyd Cowles and Gilbert Olson, changing names to GL Olson Inc in 1960 Ryan Olson now heads the company and has since 2022 when he took over leadership from his father Kim.
From the beginning starting with Gib, to Kim, to Ryan the company has been based on honesty and doing their best for people they are working for. They have worked from the bottom up which gives them a better understanding of the building business. They have assembled a team of exceptional project managers and workers enabling them to build some the best projects and homes in the area. It has also led to many rewarding experiences working with appreciative owners and architects.
The company is ever looking forward to keep up with the ever changing construction business in western New York.
